Production Supervisor
ABOUT THE ROLE
The Production Coordinator oversees the coal ash loading operation, ensuring efficient operations, maintaining quality standards, and managing a team of workers responsible for collecting, processing, and handling coal ash while adhering to safety regulations and optimizing production output.
WHAT YOU'LL ACCOMPLISH
- Monitoring ash loading operations to ensure consistent compliance and achieving daily loading targets.
- Adjusting loading schedules and optimizing workflow to meet daily targets and deadlines.
- Identifying and addressing loading bottlenecks or issues to minimize downtime.
- Coordinating ash transportation into rail loading buiding with ash transport contractor
- Demonstrate a commitment to communicating, improving and adhering to health, safety and environmental policies in all work environments and areas. Promote a culture of safety and exhibit these behaviors.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Education: High school diploma or equivalent or 3 years of equivalent experience
Additional Education Preferred: Bachelor's degree
Field of Study Preferred: Logisitics, Business
Required Work Experience: Minimum 3 years of Supervision experience, Loader Operations, and Planning/Coordinating
Additional Requirements:
- Successful candidates must adhere to all safety protocols and proper use of Amrize approved Personal Protection Equipment ("PPE"), including but not limited to respirators. Employees that are required to wear respirators must be clean shaven where the respirator seal meets the face in order to pass the qualitative and quantitative fit tests.
