The Shipping/Warehouse Supervisor Designate oversees all warehouse and shipping activities to ensure accurate inventory, efficient workflow, and timely movement of finished goods. This role is responsible for leading warehouse staff, coordinating shipments, maintaining safety and compliance standards, and supporting overall warehouse operations.

RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Oversee the preparation, staging, and loading of outbound shipments.
  • Verify shipping orders, documentation, and customer requirements.
  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of bills of lading, shipping labels, and carrier paperwork.
  • Coordinate daily shipping schedules with Production, Logistics, and Customer Service teams.
  • Supervise receiving, storage, and movement of materials and finished goods.
  • Ensure products are properly identified, labeled, and stored according to company standards.
  • Conduct regular inventory checks, cycle counts, and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Maintain warehouse organization, cleanliness, and efficient layout.
  • Maintain accurate records of shipments, transfers, and inventory adjustments.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, or monthly reports as required.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education

  • High school graduate or equivalent preferred.
  • Experience with forklift operation and certification (or ability to obtain).

Work Experience

  • 2–3 years of warehouse or logistics experience; supervisory experience strongly preferred.
