POSITION SUMMARY
Load jigs and fixtures to align component parts and hold product steady during weld cycle.
Hours: M-F, 5:00 A.M. - 1:30 P.M.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversees stock levels for both manufactured and purchased parts
- Flags internal /external inventory concerns to prevent/minimize disruptions inflow
- Ensures timely movement of tooling/fixtures for use and storage
- Flags problems fixtures for repair
ATTRIBUTES
- Able to work in a team environment
- Able to multi-task
- Able to rotate to other positions when needed
QUALIFICATIONS
- Able to lift 50 pounds
- Basic computer knowledge
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
- High school diploma/GED preferred

The target hourly range is $18.50 - $22.00, depending upon qualifications and experience. The posted pay range reflects the expected compensation for a fully qualified candidate. Starting pay may be above or below this range based on job-related factors such as skills, experience, qualifications, and training needs.
In addition to hourly pay, the compensation package also includes eligibility for profit-sharing and monthly bonus opportunity. Additionally, for eligible full-time employees, we offer a competitive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life, and disability benefits; paid time off and paid holidays; 401(k) retirement plan and employee stock ownership plan.
