This position will be responsible for and do the following:

  • Answer phones
  • Greet and check in patients and hand out necessary paperwork
  • Confirm patient's insurance coverage eligibility/updates changes
  • Build patient or family file in system
  • Scan and file patient records·
  • Schedule and confirm appointments
  • Handle routine questions about appointments, policies, insurance and treatments
  • ·Manage consent forms
  • ·Collect fees per patient’s insurance
  • Clean/maintain front office area/lobby
  • Any and all other duties assigned by Practice Manager

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) REQUIRED
  • Positive Attitude
  • Willingness to jump in and get the job done
  • A Professional and Friendly Demeanor
  • Ability to work with all ages
