WHAT YOU'LL DO

Oversee and manage billing operations, rate administration, and billing systems to ensure accurate billing, operational efficiency, compliance, and effective member account administration.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business, or a related field preferred.
  • Three years of accounting or related experience required.
  • Six months of on-the-job training is required to perform the job satisfactorily.
  • Must possess a good understanding of the Terms and Conditions of service, and policies and procedures concerning consumer accounting. A good knowledge of accounting is required to maintain consumer accounts in balance with general ledger accounts. Must possess proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office products. 
  • Ability to manage consumer billing and collections accurately and effectively, as required. The ability to discuss and resolve consumer concerns and maintain good consumer relations is essential.  The ability to express oneself professionally in writing and verbally is essential.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

Usual office conditions. Some irregular hours may be required.

Employment is contingent upon successfully passing a physical examination and drug test.
