$5,000.00 Sign On Bonus: For new hires, a bonus of $2500.00 will be added to his/her paycheck after 90 days of employment. After 1 year of dedicated service, a bonus of $2500.00 will be added to his/her paycheck. Must be actively employed on the date of payment to be eligible for the incentive. Payment of this sign-on bonus will be made after BBU’s receipt of a fully executed repayment agreement. By agreeing to the terms of the Sign-On Bonus, it’s acknowledged that he/she is aware that all applicable taxes will be withheld from these incentive payouts.
