Aspen Dental – Private Practice of Cherry Creek is looking for a Registered Dental Hygienist to join our established Denver practice.

Compensation, Schedule & Benefits

• $60–$70 per hour, based on experience

• Monthly production bonus program

Practice Hygiene in a Modern Environment

Aspen Dental – Private Practice of Cherry Creek combines the feel of an established private practice with sophisticated clinical technology.

The practice provides comprehensive care ranging from preventive and periodontal dentistry to implants, restorative treatment, cosmetic dentistry, oral surgery, and laser dentistry.

For our hygienists, that means being an important part of comprehensive patient care—not simply running a cleaning schedule.

You'll work closely with experienced doctors and the clinical team to identify periodontal needs, educate patients, and help people understand how their oral health connects to their overall health.

What You'll Do

• Provide preventive and periodontal hygiene care

• Complete periodontal assessments and charting

• Perform prophylaxis and scaling and root planing as appropriate

• Take diagnostic dental x-rays

• Provide strong patient education and oral-systemic health discussions

• Build lasting relationships with patients

• Help patients understand their diagnosis and recommended care

• Collaborate closely with doctors and the clinical team

• Use modern technology to support patient education and clinical conversations

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

• Create a comfortable, professional patient experience

What We're Looking For

• Active Colorado Dental Hygienist license, or eligibility for licensure

• CPR/BLS certification

• Strong clinical hygiene skills

• Excellent patient communication

• Team-oriented approach

• Commitment to high-quality care

• Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented

• Comfortable with modern dental technology

• Experience with Open Dental, Dentrix, or similar software is preferred

New graduates are welcome. Mentorship and professional development are available to help you build confidence and continue growing clinically.
