Location: Colorado
Work Setting: Remote / Telehealth

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Compensation: $115,000–$120,000 annually + comprehensive benefits

Position Overview

We are seeking a Colorado-licensed mental health therapist (LPC, LCSW, or LMFT) to provide high-quality virtual therapy services to clients across the state. This role involves conducting clinical sessions, developing appropriate treatment approaches, and supporting clients as they work through emotional, behavioral, and personal challenges.

The ideal candidate is a skilled clinician who values client-centered care, demonstrates strong clinical judgment, and is comfortable providing consistent therapy services in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct individual therapy sessions through a secure telehealth platform
  • Evaluate client needs and develop treatment goals aligned with their concerns and progress
  • Apply appropriate therapeutic interventions based on clinical presentation and treatment objectives
  • Support clients with emotional regulation, coping strategies, behavioral concerns, and life transitions
  • Maintain complete, accurate, and timely clinical documentation
  • Monitor client progress and adjust treatment approaches when clinically appropriate
  • Participate in clinical collaboration, consultation, and professional development activities
  • Maintain compliance with ethical standards, confidentiality requirements, and applicable licensing regulations
  • Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.
  • Active licensure as an LPC, LCSW, or LMFT.
  • At least two years of experience in a clinical setting.
  • Strong ability to connect and communicate effectively.
  • Knowledge of electronic medical record systems is a plus.
