Job Summary:
Partners with Business Unit, Entity, or workgroup leadership to execute People Practices strategies that support workforce effectiveness, engagement, and inclusion. Provides guidance on employee relations, talent management, and organizational needs while ensuring consistent application of People Practices programs and policies. Coaches People Practices Advisors and collaborates across People Operations to support business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
Partners with leaders to execute People Practices strategies supporting engagement, workforce planning, performance management, and employee experience.
Provides guidance to coaches on employee relations matters, partnering with Workplace Services on complex situations.
Supports succession planning, career development, and performance processes aligned with business needs.
Leads implementation of culture, engagement, and inclusion initiatives within the organization served.
Coaches and develops People Practices Advisor(s) to build capability and consistency.
Collaborates with Centers of Excellence and People Operations to ensure alignment and continuous improvement of practices.
Uses People Practices metrics and insights to inform decisions and improve organizational effectiveness.

Education Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience required.

Work Experience:
7–10 years of People Practices or human resources experience required.
Experience in a managerial or advisory capacity preferred.

Certifications and Licenses:
Human resources, organizational effectiveness, or talent management certification preferred (for e.g., SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP), SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP), Professional in Human Resources (PHR), or equivalent).

Anticipated starting pay range:

$107,000.00- $179,000.00
