Location and Travel: This role offers flexibility with the option to work hybrid in either Minneapolis or Denver. Some travel is required.Â
As a ServiceNow Solution Architect specializing in Core Business workflows, you will join a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment, dedicated to helping clients solve complex issues and achieve exceptional results. You are a self-driven professional who excels at leading successful implementations and maximizing the value of the ServiceNow platform. In this critical role, you will lead the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions across HR Service Delivery (HRSD), Source-to-Pay Operations, Legal Service Delivery (LSD), and Workplace Service Delivery (WSD), as well as adjacent employee and enterprise workflows. You will leverage your deep understanding of ServiceNow functionality, business process design, and implementation best practices to create solutions that transform how HR, procurement, legal, and shared-services organizations deliver services.Â
Responsibilities:Â
- Lead the planning, solution design, execution, and deployment of ServiceNow technical and consulting services across HRSD, Source-to-Pay, Legal Service Delivery, Workplace Service Delivery, and related core business workflows (e.g., CSM).Â
- Partner with HR, procurement, legal, and shared-services stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.Â
- Own end-to-end solution architecture, including process design alignment, data model, integrations (HRIS, ERP, payroll, e-signature), and security and access models.Â
- Provide thought leadership on service delivery operating models, employee experience, and ServiceNow leading practices for core business workflows.Â
- Lead the development of repeatable solutions and accelerators targeted at core business workflow use cases that can be scaled across clients.Â
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the development team, including providing day-to-day direction.Â
- Ensure best practices and standards are followed in the development and deployment of ServiceNow solutions.Â
- Conduct quality assurance reviews and ensure the quality of deliverables.Â
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ServiceNow implementations.Â
- Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features and industry trends.Â
- Support the interview, selection, and management of contractors, vendors, and development talent.Â
- Support pre-sales efforts through scoping, pricing, and demonstrations as appropriate.Â
Experience:Â
- 5+ ServiceNow DeploymentsÂ
- 3+ deployments across HRSD, Source-to-Pay, Legal Service Delivery, WSD, or CSM.Â
- 5+ years of experience in the ServiceNow ecosystem (Partner or Direct ServiceNow)Â
- 7+ years of experience in technologyÂ
- Extensive experience with Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and ServiceNow NowCreate methodology.Â
- Experience advising HR, procurement, legal, or shared-services business functions on service delivery transformation preferred.Â
- Industry experience in Energy & Utilities, Healthcare, or Manufacturing is a plus.Â
Skills:Â
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)Â required.Â
- At least one Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certification in a core business workflow required, such as CIS–HRSD, CIS–Source-to-Pay Operations, CIS–CSM, or equivalent (Legal Service Delivery and Workplace Service Delivery experience highly valued).Â
- Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills.Â
- Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively to executives (verbal and written).Â
- Proven ability to work both independently and in a collaborative team environment.Â
- Comfort with handling ambiguity and managing multiple assignments.Â
- Proven skills in identifying client challenges and proposing solutions.Â
- Demonstrated ability to effectively expand professional networks through strategic relationship building and engagement.Â
Education:Â
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience required.Â

The estimated salary range for this role is $123k-212K annually. This is based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skillset and years and depth of experience. This may differ from location to location. Bonuses and other incentives are awarded at the Company’s discretion and are based upon individual contributions and overall company performance.
