About the Role

As a Senior Account Manager at Lastmile Retail, you are the owner of the client relationship and the day-to-day rhythm of the account. You sit at the center of every conversation, running meetings across any topic, building trust with senior client stakeholders, and keeping work organized and moving. You are the connective tissue between our clients' executive teams and Lastmile's paid media, product, and operations teams, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks and our specialists stay focused on execution.

Your primary responsibilities will be keeping your assigned accounts confident and internal teams on track for client priorities.  This will require detailed project tracking, diligent client communication, and sophisticated reporting of account performance. Success looks like a client who trusts us completely and an execution team that never has to chase context.

Responsibilities

Client Relationship & Daily Ownership

  • Own the client relationship end to end, running meetings and serving as the single, reliable point of contact for assigned accounts.
  • Build genuine trust with Director, VP, and C-suite stakeholders, communicating with the confidence and polish those relationships require.
  • Anticipate client needs and stay ahead of them, keeping clients current on status, timelines, deliverables, and what's happening in their competitive landscape.
  • Keep every account organized: track requests, own follow-through, and make sure commitments are met.

Coordination & Team Protection

  • Translate client requests and feedback into clear, well-documented direction for internal teams so execution never stalls on missing context.
  • Collaborate closely with project management and operations to keep timelines, priorities, and deliverables aligned; step in to coordinate directly when needed.
  • Route client-driven product ideas and feature requests to internal leadership.

Account Health & Reporting

  • Keep a high-level pulse on account health, ensuring the work stays aligned to the client's goals.
  • Prepare and deliver executive-level reporting, turning complex performance data into clear, confident narratives for senior stakeholders.
  • Stay current on the local media landscape and emerging tactics, enough to speak credibly with clients and internal experts alike.
Required

Location: Remote; must reside in the Denver, CO Metro Area

  • 5+ years in account management, client services, or a comparable client-facing role.
  • Proven experience presenting to and building relationships with Director, VP, and C-suite marketing executives.
  • Exceptional organizational instincts and follow-through; you keep many conversations moving without dropping any of them.
  • Enough fluency in paid media and localized/multi-location digital marketing to be credible in any client conversation.
  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to work well with project management and operations. Formal PM experience is a plus, not a requirement.
  • Agency or comparable fast-paced, multi-account background preferred.
  • Work Authorization: This role requires physical residency in the US; we are unable to provide visa sponsorship or support remote work from outside the country.
Preferred Experience
  • We work with many telecom and multi-location retail clients running localized, store-level digital media programs, so fluency in that world is a plus.
  • Salary range 120-150K, dependent on experience
  • Excellent Benefits (Health, dental, and vision insurance)
  • Short-term and long-term disability coverage
  • Unlimited PTO (within reason) and holidays
  • 401K with company contribution
  • Paid Parental Leave
