We have an exciting opportunity for a Global Portfolio Leader at our Johnston IA location.  This role will facilitate and deliver the annual capital budget monthly forecast, including capital addition results, refreshed monthly cash flow analysis, KPI’s, outcome/success metrics, program governance, and standard monthly reporting.  These responsibilities report through the Global Engineering Leader.

This is a hybrid role working in-office Tuesday–Thursday; remote Monday and Friday.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead cross-functional teams to achieve capital plan financial targets.
  • Manage the monthly capital budget reconciliation and cash flow plan, including ownership of tools to support the process
  • Monitor KPIs, budgets, schedules, and risk profile.
  • Executive reporting:  develop dashboards and reports for senior leadership, including forecasts, risk assessments, and strategic portfolio recommendations
  • Maintain capital depreciation projections and report financially as required
  • Prepare Next-on and First-off project recommendations
  • Assist with capital authorization processes as outline in corporate policies, including assisting with supplemental authorizations
  • Assist with project lessons learned and other post budget cycle analysis
  • Support the global team to financially close capital projects in accordance with corporate accounting requirements.
  • Refresh global Estimated Replacement Value at the site level bi-annually

Education:

  • Degree in engineering, finance, or equivalent; other degrees with relevant experience considered

What Skills You Need:

  • 10+ Years of experience in portfolio planning/prioritization, lifecycle management, and financial justification
  • PowerBI, Microsoft Office productivity tools, Microsoft Project, Smart Sheets
  • Strong data analysis, forecasting and dashboarding skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, with the ability to translate complex information for diverse audiences
