If you have spent your career leading crews on job sites, you know that the success of a project comes down to what happens in the field...not what’s planned on paper.
At T&M Services, we assemble and install commercial furniture environments across the region. As our workload scales, we need an Installation Manager / Field Project Lead who can step onto a job site, run a crew efficiently, keep the client informed, and handle the real-world variables that pop up every day.
What the Role Looks Like
You are the primary anchor for our field operations on-site. You bridge the gap between our office logistics, our crew on the floor, and the client.
- Site Ownership: You run the job site from kickoff to final sign-off. You manage crew pace, verify layout drawings, and make sure quality standards are met before the client walks the space.
- Client & Partner Relations: You serve as the main point of contact for furniture dealers, general contractors, and facility managers on-site. You keep communication clear, professional, and proactive.
- Problem Solving & Scope Control: When site conditions don't match the plan, you figure out a practical solution to keep work moving. When extra work is requested outside the original plan, you document the change order so the team is compensated for the added labor.
- Supporting the Team: You take operational weight off our Market Managers by keeping job sites running smoothly without needing constant oversight. When a project hits a tight deadline, you step in, set the pace, and help lead the crew across the finish line.
What We Are Looking For
- Crew Leadership: Proven experience managing teams on physical job sites with an approachable, lead-by-example style.
- Communication & Detail: Comfortable walking sites with clients, reading blueprints/floor plans, and using basic mobile apps to keep job details updated.
- Business Sense: Ability to recognize scope changes on-site and ensure proper documentation.
About T&M Services: We are a stable, growing $10M regional company with 100 people in the field. We offer the structure and resources of an established organization, but keep our leadership team lean, accessible, and grounded. We believe in taking care of our people, giving our leads real responsibility, and recognizing hard work when it happens.
If you are looking for a straightforward, high-impact field role where your leadership makes a direct difference every day, we would love to review your application.
