Minimum Qualifications:

  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to pass background checks and drug screenings as required.
  • Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and safety protocols.

  • Physical ability to assist patients with mobility challenges, including lifting or supporting as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in patient transportation or a related healthcare support role.
  • Certification in CPR and basic first aid.
  • Familiarity with local routes and traffic patterns in the assigned service area.
  • Experience working with elderly or disabled individuals.
  • Customer service training or experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Transport patients safely to and from medical facilities, including hospitals, clinics, and therapy centers.
  • Assist patients with entering and exiting the vehicle, ensuring their comfort and safety throughout the journey.
  • Maintain accurate records of trips, including mileage, patient details, and any incidents or delays.
  • Perform routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance or safety concerns promptly.
