Job Summary

The Sales Enablement Manager is responsible for supporting SecureVision’s growing sales organization and improving how the Company identifies, pursues, wins, and expands customer opportunities.

This is a broad, highly visible role that operates at the intersection of sales operations, sales enablement, marketing, analytics, and growth strategy. The Director of Revenue Operations & Marketing works closely with Sales, Finance, executive leadership, and other departments to improve sales processes, maintain actionable commercial data, develop sales and marketing resources, identify growth opportunities, and support new-market expansion.

This position is not primarily a traditional brand-marketing role. Its primary purpose is to improve the effectiveness of the sales organization and support revenue growth through strong processes, data, tools, analysis, marketing initiatives, and hands-on execution.

Supervisory Responsibilities

  • May oversee employees, contractors, vendors, or other resources supporting marketing, revenue operations, events, or related functions.
  • Provides direction and coordination for assigned projects and initiatives.
  • May assist with training and development of employees involved in sales and marketing processes.
  • Supervisory responsibilities may evolve based on the needs and growth of the organization.

Duties and Responsibilities

Revenue & Sales Operations

  • Manage and continuously improve sales processes, workflows, systems, and tools.
  • Partner with the sales team to maintain accurate, complete, and actionable Salesforce data.
  • Develop and maintain Salesforce reports, dashboards, automation, and other tools designed to improve sales execution.
  • Manage pipeline tracking, forecasting inputs, sales activity reporting, wins, units, Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR), and other key commercial metrics.
  • Prepare recurring sales reports, presentations, and supporting materials for executive leadership and board meetings.
  • Analyze sales performance and pipeline data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Identify opportunities to improve sales productivity, data quality, reporting, and process consistency.
  • Establish and maintain standardized processes and documentation supporting the sales organization.

Sales Enablement

  • Develop proposals, presentations, sales decks, Vision Letters, site-survey materials, flyers, and other customer-facing materials.
  • Provide day-to-day support to sales team members as they advance opportunities through the sales pipeline.
  • Build and maintain templates, tools, processes, and resources that make it easier for the sales team to effectively pursue and win business.
  • Coordinate property-specific and opportunity-specific sales materials.
  • Ensure sales materials remain accurate, professional, current, and consistent with Company standards.
  • Assist with the development and implementation of sales enablement initiatives.

Lead Generation & Market Intelligence

  • Build prospect lists and identify new properties, developments, owners, developers, management companies, and other potential customers or business partners.
  • Maintain and continuously improve internal property, prospect, and market databases.
  • Research competitors, properties, markets, developments, and relevant industry trends.
  • Analyze market and competitive information to help identify potential opportunities and threats.
  • Assist leadership in prioritizing markets and opportunities based on competitive position, strategic fit, and commercial potential.
  • Develop and execute outbound prospecting and lead-generation campaigns in partnership with the sales team.

Marketing & Demand Generation

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute email, digital, print, direct-mail, and other marketing campaigns supporting sales and Company priorities.
  • Manage ongoing owner, developer, property, and other targeted direct-mail programs.
  • Maintain website content, market and location pages, and other Company digital properties.
  • Manage or coordinate Google Ads, website analytics, search visibility, and online lead-generation initiatives.
  • Monitor and measure campaign effectiveness and recommend improvements based on performance.
  • Support the development of marketing strategies designed to generate qualified leads and support Company growth.

Commercial & Expansion Analysis

  • Partner with Sales, Finance, and leadership to evaluate potential new communities, properties, and geographic markets.
  • Support analysis of take rates, competitive environments, project costs, revenue potential, payback periods, and other investment considerations.
  • Develop research, reports, presentations, and supporting materials for potential expansion opportunities.
  • Support evaluation of developers, hospitality opportunities, strategic partnerships, and other new business initiatives.
  • Assist leadership with business cases and commercial analysis related to growth opportunities.

Customer & Partner Marketing

  • Manage customer feedback initiatives, including Net Promoter Score (NPS) surveys, Google reviews, review programs, and customer-experience analysis.
  • Analyze customer-support and ticket data to identify recurring trends, service opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Maintain property-specific support pages and other customer-facing resources.
  • Coordinate partner marketing programs, co-op funds, promotional materials, and equipment.
  • Support educational programs, communications, and content for community association managers, property managers, developers, and other industry partners.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer and partner communications.

Events, Creative & Marketing Operations

  • Coordinate trade shows, industry events, customer events, sponsorships, happy hours, golf events, and other market activities.
  • Develop or coordinate flyers, brochures, presentations, emails, promotional materials, and other creative assets.
  • Manage relationships with external marketing vendors, printers, promotional-product providers, and other partners.
  • Assist with the development, tracking, and management of marketing budgets and expenses.
  • Maintain organized marketing files, templates, assets, and recurring requests.
  • Ensure marketing and sales materials remain organized, current, professional, and consistent.
  • Coordinate event logistics, materials, registrations, sponsorship requirements, and post-event follow-up as necessary.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Collaborate across Sales, Finance, Operations, Customer Service, and other departments to support Company growth initiatives.
  • Assist with special projects, strategic initiatives, research, and analysis as requested by leadership.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, systems, reporting, and organizational efficiency.
  • Maintain confidentiality of Company, customer, financial, and commercially sensitive information.
  • Perform other duties as assigned based on the needs of the Company.

Required Skills and Abilities

  • Strong understanding of revenue operations, sales operations, sales enablement, B2B marketing, or related commercial functions.
  • Strong Salesforce skills, including reporting, dashboards, data management, and workflow or process improvement.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills and the ability to analyze and interpret commercial and operational data.
  • Ability to translate data into clear, actionable business insights and recommendations.
  • Ability to prepare accurate and polished executive-level sales, pipeline, and performance reporting.
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and customer acquisition.
  • Ability to develop professional presentations, proposals, sales collateral, and marketing materials.
  • Knowledge of lead generation, prospect research, email campaigns, digital marketing, and demand-generation strategies.
  • Strong project-management, organizational, and time-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Finance, Analytics, or a related field preferred.
  • Five (5) or more years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, sales enablement, B2B marketing, or a similar commercial role preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience working with Salesforce, including reports, dashboards, data management, and sales processes.
  • Experience preparing executive-level sales, pipeline, or business-performance reporting preferred.
  • Experience supporting a B2B sales organization preferred.
  • Experience with lead generation, prospect research, email marketing, digital marketing, or related demand-generation activities preferred.
  • Experience in telecommunications, broadband, multifamily real estate, property technology, hospitality, or another B2B infrastructure-related industry is strongly preferred.
  • An equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience may be considered.

Physical Requirements

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in person, by telephone, and through electronic communication.
  • Ability to occasionally stand and walk for extended periods during trade shows, events, customer meetings, and other business activities.
  • Must be able to occasionally lift and carry materials, promotional items, event supplies, or equipment weighing up to 25 pounds.
  • Must be able to travel as required to support business needs.

Work Environment

  • Work is primarily performed in a professional office environment.
  • This position requires regular use of computers, phones, Salesforce, Microsoft Office applications, and other business and marketing technology.
  • The role requires frequent interaction and collaboration with employees across multiple departments and locations.
  • Some travel may be required for trade shows, industry conferences, customer meetings, Company events, market research, or other business activities.
  • The position may occasionally require work outside normal business hours to support events, deadlines, customer needs, or Company initiatives.
  • Extended hours may occasionally be required to support project deadlines, customer commitments, or construction schedules.
  • This is an exempt position and is expected to work the hours necessary to fulfill the responsibilities of the role.
