Inventory Associate

THE OPPORTUNITY

Lakeshirts is hiring full-time and part-time Manufacturing Associates to support our Inventory and Pad Print teams. Depending on business needs and training, you may pull and deliver garments for production, operate pad printing equipment, or help with both. This is active, hands-on work for someone who enjoys staying organized, paying attention to the details, and helping a team keep orders moving.

PAY + SCHEDULE

Location: Detroit Lakes, MN

Shift: Full-time or part-time opportunities are available within the following shift windows:

Full-Time Day Shift: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:00 PM

Full-Time Night Shift: Monday-Thursday, 4:00 PM-2:00 AM

Part-Time: Approximately 20 hours per week, scheduled within the day- or night-shift windows above.

Pay: $15.00-$17.00 per hour

Growth: Build practical experience in warehouse order picking, inventory accuracy, pad printing, quality checks, production support, and manufacturing operations.

A TYPICAL DAY

• Pull garment orders accurately using work-order information and warehouse locations.
• Confirm the correct garment, color, size, and quantity before delivering product to production.
• Operate pad printing equipment and follow work-order instructions for print type, placement, and color.
• Inspect garments for quality and route completed orders to the correct next step.
• Support cycle counts and help maintain accurate, organized inventory locations.
• Keep aisles, racks, equipment, and work areas clean and safe.
• Use scanners, tablets, or communication devices as trained.
• Assist with loading, unloading, production support, and other inventory duties as assigned.

SKILLS

• Reliable, self-motivated, and ready to stay active throughout the shift.
• Accurate and detail-oriented when reading orders, counting product, and checking quality.
• Able to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
• Comfortable learning equipment, scanners, tablets, and standard work processes.
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced warehouse or manufacturing setting.
• Must be age 18 or older when assigned to operate pad printing equipment.
