Responsibilities
How you’ll make an impact in this role Â
- Installs, maintains, and repairs plumbing systems, including water lines, pumps, filters, fixtures, steam systems, drains, and medical gas piping.
- Diagnoses system issues and performs repairs, inspections, and preventive maintenance, including backflow and cross-connection control.Â
- Monitors and tests fire protection components (e.g., valves, pumps, deluge systems) and ensures compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
- Develops and executes preventive maintenance schedules, produces reports, and recommends long-term system improvements and cost-saving strategies.
- Responds to emergency situations, communicates work status to stakeholders, and ensures proper documentation and compliance with safety protocols.
- Supports operational effectiveness by maintaining tools and equipment, assisting across sites or systems as needed, and contributing to training, projects, and team development initiatives.Â
Qualifications
What minimum requirements you’ll needÂ
- Journeyman Plumber’s LicenseÂ
- 3 years’ relevant experienceÂ
- Active Driver’s LicenseÂ
