Compensation Package

Home Time & Hours

Home Daily: Shift averages 8 hours (ranges from 6 to 12 hours)
Dispatch Times: Evening and night dispatches between 7:00 PM and 4:00 AM (most depart 10 PM – 4 AM)
Schedule: 5-day work week (1 fixed weekend day off + 1 floating weekday off during non-peak)

Freight & Delivery Details

Equipment: Dedicated Refrigerated (Reefer)
Unloading: Touch freight utilizing electric pallet jacks with some manual hand unloading
Lanes: Local/Regional routes within 200 miles of Livonia (Eastern MI & Northern OH; optional KY & IN routes available)
