Our team enjoys a collaborative, supportive work environment where every staff member plays a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care.. This is a hands-on, total-office role. Team members are cross-trained to support both clinical patient flow and essential administrative work. The ideal candidate is willing to learn the entire office workflow - not only room patients.

Front-office and care-coordination support- Assist with check-in and check-out, telephone and MyChart messages, scheduling, confirmations, no-show follow-up, insurance verification, and respectful collection of copays and balances. Scanning and document indexing, Health Maintenance updates, forms, records requests, referrals, and prior-authorizations .
Clinical and patient-flow support Prepare visits, identify missing information or care gaps, room patients, obtain accurate vital signs, and update histories, medications, allergies, and reason for visit.Support provider visits, diabetes and weight-management workflows, and efficient movement of patients through the office. Assist with follow up care coordination.Document accurately in Epic and promptly route concerns, results, and patient messages to the appropriate team member.
Especially Valuable Experience
Experience with Epic or another electronic medical record; insurance eligibility, referrals, prior authorizations, medication or DME/CGM paperwork; or primary care, diabetes, weight management, preventive care, or population-health workflows is especially valuable
