Member Service Representative

At North Star Community Credit Union, our Member Service Representatives are the heart of the member experience. If you enjoy helping people, solving problems, and working in a team-focused environment, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Do
- Assist members in person, by phone, and online
- Process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and other transactions
- Open and maintain accounts
- Process member loans
- Help members with online and digital banking services
- Recommend products and services that fit members' needs
- Balance your cash drawer and maintain accurate records
- Support daily branch operations
What We're Looking For
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1-3 years of customer service, cash handling, banking, or related experience preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and build member relationships
