This role focuses on serving small business clients, ensuring their commercial insurance needs are met with professionalism and expertise. You will be responsible for managing client accounts, providing consultative support, and expanding coverage where needed. Through phone, email, text, and in-person interactions, you will build lasting relationships that contribute to client retention and business growth.
