About the Role:

Minards Electric LLC is looking for a motivated Apprentice Electrician to join our growing team in Dickinson, ND. This is a fantastic opportunity to learn the trade hands-on alongside experienced electricians while building a rewarding and long-lasting career in the electrical industry.

Responsibilities:

Assist journeyman and master electricians with residential, commercial, and industrial electrical installations
Pull wire, run conduit, and install electrical panels, outlets, switches, and fixtures
Read and interpret basic electrical blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site in compliance with OSHA and NEC standards
Troubleshoot and assist in diagnosing electrical issues under supervision
Transport tools, materials, and equipment to and from job sites as needed
Participate in apprenticeship training program and coursework to advance licensure

Requirements:

High school diploma or GED required
Enrolled in or willing to enroll in a state-approved electrical apprenticeship program
Basic knowledge of hand tools, power tools, and electrical safety practices
Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs, climbing ladders, and working in confined spaces
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Strong work ethic, punctuality, and willingness to learn
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions common to western North Dakota
Must have a minimum of 2 years experience
drug test completed before starting work
