On the Floor, In the Training Center

Your day starts by scanning training demand across Dickinson and Kerrville—who needs live production coaching, who’s moving through the hands‑on training center, and where documentation must land in the LMS for clean traceability. You’ll check in with OJTs, spot trends in readiness and certification outcomes, and tune the day’s focus based on what the numbers and the floor are telling you. Expect quick pivots: a new operator mastering wire harness fundamentals in the training lab, a moment of real‑time guidance on interpreting customer documentation, and a steady cadence of updates with Operations, Quality, Engineering, and HR to keep everything aligned and audit‑ready by day’s end.
