Lead Quality Excellence and Continuous Improvement

Killdeer Mountain Manufacturing (KMM) is looking for a results-driven Site Quality Manager to oversee all aspects of quality management, compliance, and continuous improvement within our manufacturing operations. In this key leadership role, you will be responsible for ensuring the effectiveness of the Quality Management System (QMS), leading quality personnel, driving corrective and preventive actions, managing audits, and promoting customer-focused quality standards throughout the organization. The Site Quality Manager will work closely with production, program management, and customers to improve processes, reduce waste, enhance product conformity, and maintain compliance with industry, regulatory, and customer requirements.

Qualifications and Leadership Expectations

The successful candidate will bring strong leadership skills, quality assurance expertise, and a passion for developing high-performing teams. Responsibilities include overseeing inspections, monitoring quality metrics, supporting product realization activities, facilitating training and competency development, and providing strategic recommendations based on quality data and process performance. Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree with management experience or equivalent quality and leadership experience, along with strong communication, analytical, and technical skills. Experience with auditing, CAPA programs, manufacturing environments, and interpreting technical documentation is highly valued.
