We're hiring an Agent in Training to work with customers, develop new business, and learn the insurance industry from an experienced team. Previous insurance experience isn't necessary. We're more interested in finding someone who is motivated, dependable, and ready to learn.
What Does an Agent in Training Do?
You'll spend your day connecting with people, learning about their needs, and helping them make informed decisions about their insurance coverage.
You'll have the opportunity to:
Work with new leads and connect with prospective customers
Learn how to prepare quotes and explain coverage options
Help clients with Auto, Home, Life, Business, and other insurance products
Follow up with prospects throughout the decision-making process
Develop relationships that turn new customers into long-term clients
Look for additional ways to help existing customers protect what matters to them
Keep your leads and conversations organized through agency systems
Build your sales skills through hands-on coaching and practice

You're comfortable starting conversations with someone you don't know
Goals give you something to chase rather than something to avoid
You're persistent and don't get discouraged easily
You take feedback well and put it into practice
You're dependable and good at staying organized
You have experience in sales, retail, hospitality, customer service, banking, or another people-focused role
You're willing to complete the insurance licensing required for the position
Already licensed or have previous insurance experience? Even better.
