Everforth ECS is seeking a Field Service Representative (FSR) to work onsite five days a week in Doral, FL.

 

Everforth ECS is seeking a Field Service Representative (FSR) to serve as an on-site technical resource supporting users within a large Microsoft 365 environment, providing direct user support, designing and maintaining SharePoint sites and pages in accordance with customer brand standards, managing SharePoint permissions and access, and supporting administration of Microsoft 365 services within an Azure-based environment. The FSR will work directly with the customer to understand requirements, troubleshoot issues, and work with technical teams to develop collaboration solutions, coordinate with engineering and security teams to resolve complex technical or access-related issues. They will serve as our on-site presence for the project team, maintaining awareness of customer needs, emerging issues, and operational priorities while proactively communicating observations, risks, and opportunities to the Project Manager and broader team.

 

Responsibilities Include:

  • Serve as the on-site technical resource for a large Microsoft 365 environment, providing direct support and technical guidance to Microsoft 365 users.
  • Design, develop, and maintain SharePoint sites, pages, lists, libraries, and related content, ensuring SharePoint solutions comply with customer branding, usability, and governance standards; manage SharePoint permissions, access controls, site membership, and sharing settings.
  • Troubleshoot Microsoft 365, SharePoint, permissions, and user access issues.
  • Coordinate with engineering and cybersecurity teams to resolve complex technical, security, and access-related issues.
  • Assist with testing, implementation, documentation, and user adoption of new or updated Microsoft 365 solutions.
  • Maintain awareness of customer needs, requirements, operational priorities, and emerging issues through direct on-site engagement.
  • Proactively communicate project observations, technical risks, user concerns, and improvement opportunities to the Project Manager and broader team.
  • Track issues through resolution and provide timely status updates to customers and project stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, user guides, standard operating procedures, and knowledge articles.
  • Other duties, as assigned.

Note, Salary is commensurate with skillset, qualifications, experience, and educational background. 

Qualifications
  • U.S. Citizen.
  • Active Secret security clearance required to interview, with the ability to obtain a Top Secret security clearance with Sensitive Compartmented Information indoctrination (TS/SCI). 
  • Bachelor degree with 5+ years of relevant experience.
  • Ability to obtain DoD 8140 IAT Level II Security+ (or higher) within 60 days of hire.
  • Ability to work 5 days/week onsite at customer site in Doral, FL.
  • Ability to travel <20% throughout the lifespan of the Program to CONUS / OCONUS customer sites and government installations.
  • Excellent:
    • Interpersonal and communications skills.
    • Analytical writing and briefing skills, with experience providing planned and ad hoc briefings and demonstrations for VIPs and/or distinguished visitors
  • Self-starter that can work independently, thrive and communicate clearly while working in a dynamic environment during high-tempo operations
  • Possess strong business acumen, building and maintaining strong working relationships with customers, users, and technical stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities, with a proven ability to weigh the relative costs and benefits of potential actions and identify the most appropriate solution.
  • Highly developed interpersonal and oral/written communication skills, with the ability to effectively and professionally interact with a diverse set of stakeholders (from peers to end-users to executive management).
