$18/hr Experienced and Entry level Machinists

Location: Dresden, OH
Pay: Starting at $18/hour

We’re looking for dependable individuals to join our team as Machinists! Experienced machinists are encouraged to apply, but entry-level candidates may also be considered and trained. The biggest things we’re looking for are a solid manufacturing background, good work history, and someone who takes pride in showing up and doing the job right.

• Set up and operate machining equipment according to specifications
• Read and follow blueprints, drawings, and work instructions
• Measure and inspect parts to ensure quality
• Perform routine machine adjustments and basic troubleshooting
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Follow all safety and quality procedures

• Previous machining experience is a plus, but not required
• Manufacturing experience preferred
• Strong, consistent work history and good job longevity
• Willingness to learn and be trained
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Reliable attendance and dependable work ethic
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable standing for extended periods and performing physical job duties
