Ensure Sterling’s marketing vision is translated into clear plans and executed cleanly across email, social, video, and digital channels, without requiring constant director oversight.

OUTCOMESĀ Ā 

1. Marketing content is published accurately, on-brand, and on scheduleĀ Ā 

What success looks like

  • Copy written by leadership is formatted, QA’d, and distributed correctly

  • Emails, blogs, and social posts go out when planned

  • Errors are rare and caught before launch

Measurable

  • 95%+ of scheduled content publishes on time

  • Near-zero broken links, formatting issues, or incorrect assets

  • Minimal rework requested by Directors

2. Social content is planned, scheduled, and trackedĀ Ā 

What success looks like

  • A clear view exists of what has gone out and what’s coming next

  • Posts are scheduled consistently across platforms

  • Performance is monitored and summarized

Measurable

  • Rolling social calendar maintained

  • Weekly or monthly performance snapshot provided

3. Video shoots are prepared and supported effectivelyĀ Ā

  • Loose ideas are turned into clear shot lists

  • Required assets, locations, gear, and people are identified ahead of time

  • Shoots run smoothly with minimal scrambling

  • Fewer last-minute questions or missing items

  • Video team receives usable direction and assets

4. Creative execution is coordinated across the teamĀ Ā

  • Simple graphics are produced from templates in Canva

  • Higher-level creative needs are routed to the right team members

  • Feedback is communicated clearly and efficiently

  • Canva assets follow templates and brand guidelines

  • Creative hand-offs are clean and timely

  • Fewer back-and-forth revisions due to unclear direction
