What You'll Do

• Lead daily restaurant operations
• Coach, train, and motivate team members
• Deliver outstanding customer service
• Help hire and develop new employees
• Maintain food quality, cleanliness, and safety standards
• Assist with inventory, cash handling, and restaurant performance
• Support the General Manager in driving a successful, positive workplace

What We're Looking For

• Leadership or supervisory experience (restaurant experience preferred)
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
