As a maintenance worker, you will be performing a variety of tasks and get to work in the fields including carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, etc. Specific skill sets in cabinetry and HVACR are a plus for this open position.
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 6a-2:30p. Possibility to work 4 days per week, 10-hour shifts as well. On-call rotation every 10-12 weeks with on-call pay!

Essential Duties:
- Perform general and skilled maintenance duties under various titles including maintenance plumber, rough construction, finish carpentry, bio/medical/electronics, maintenance mechanic, maintenance painter, HVAC.Â
- Perform preventative maintenance and utilize decision making skills for corrective maintenance procedures.
- Assist with other tasks, including but not limited to, cleaning of equipment and removal of snow during inclement weather.
- Identify and evaluate possible options when conducting routine repairs on building and equipment.
- Complete all other assigned projects and duties.Â
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Education: High school diploma or GED required.
Experience: From one to three years of similar or related experience preferred. HVACR skillset is a plus!
