Job Summary:
A Treasury Management Sales Analyst should demonstrate commitment to delivering distinctive service. This position will be responsible for supporting the Treasury Management Advisors in their sales roles, including the following functions: Writing Proposals, Preparing Treasury Reviews, Building Pricing Pro Forma Documents, Creating Account Diagram Schematics. The Treasury Sales Analyst will also assist in updating Treasury Management Exhibits for existing clients who may be modifying services.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Provide distinctive service to clients and prospects, in person and over the telephone. Respond to client inquiries and satisfactorily resolve client issues. Support firm-wide achievement of the three-ring standard (all phones answered by a live person within three rings). Assist in responding to Requests for Proposal (RFPs), researching responses, building required proposal formats, creating pricing pro forma documents, printing and binding as required. Prepare Treasury Reviews, confirming clients' current services and volumes, researching use of online banking, recommending additions or changes to services, and creating account schematics. Update Treasury Management Documentation, including Exhibits, as needed, as clients modify or add accounts and services. Understand clients' business environments, strategies, and industry to assist Treasury Management Advisors in determining client solution recommendations. Understand competitors' capabilities and gaps, and how to help Treasury Management Advisors position against them. Provide ongoing feedback to product management to help drive innovation and client satisfaction. Proactively review account analysis with existing clients and assist in identifying and recommend cross-sell opportunities. Partner for outside sales calls to support discussions regarding implementation process; assist with product demonstrations where needed. Assist in building compelling business cases for clients in support of positioning Pinnacle Financial Partners as their lead treasury provider. Meet all the client's financial needs, both business and personal, and refer clients to other specialty areas such as Trust, Investments, Insurance, Treasury Management, etc. as appropriate. Assist other team members as needed to ensure delivery of distinctive service. Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications
Minimum Education: College degree is preferred -- finance or business-related field.

Minimum Experience: Minimum of 10 years' experience in financial services; with a minimum of five (5) years' experience in treasury management related areas (Account Analysis, ACH, Lockbox, Online Banking, Positive Pay, Remote Deposit, Sweep, Wire Transfer).

Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) or related software. Knowledge of Treasury Management products, services, and/or operations. Knowledge of federal banking regulations related to treasury management specifically with Check 21, NACHA rules and Guidelines. CTP (Certified Treasury Professional), or other relevant professional certification, or progress toward certification -- preferred. Effective interpersonal skills, including verbal and written communication skills. Proven analytical ability and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and prioritize daily tasks. Excellent client service skills. Tact and diplomacy in dealing with both clients and team members. The physical activities of this job include but are not limited to the ability to stand and sit for prolonged periods of time, use of manual dexterity, verbal communication, visual acuity, repetitive motion, and the ability to hear. Often long periods of mental concentration are required. Other activities are the ability to bend, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, walk, push, pull, lift, and grasp.
