Things to know about working in an Amazon Fulfillment Center:

For this role, you will need to be:
• At least 18 years old, and authorized to work in the United States
• Able to work 40 hours/week, and overtime as required

Key job responsibilities
Lead trainings and/or start of shift meetings to a group of 20+ associates. Maintains expert-level knowledge in at least two production departments; evaluates and improves processes within work areas; refines learning tools and techniques across the FC. Assists in measuring the effectiveness of learning; develops, maintains and applies learning to encourage associate development. Identifies areas for associate cross training and support and implements the training; supports the updating of SOPs and SOP certification of associates and managers. Giving and receiving effective Basic Qualifications: - Experience using the Microsoft Office suite of packages including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint Preferred Qualifications: - 2+ years of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) experience

The starting pay for this position is listed below, including the base pay rate plus the highest available shift differential which applies depending on the shift you select. As a total compensation company, additional earnings may include shift differentials and overtime pay. Final pay will be based on factors including shift selection and location.
