  • Be the go-to resource for retail customers, service advisors, and technicians on parts inquiries, sourcing, and solutions
  • Identify and recommend OEM and replacement parts with confidence and accuracy
  • Process transactions and manage inventory through dealership systems
  • Receive, inspect, stock, and track incoming shipments β€” keeping everything accounted for
  • Handle returns, warranty parts, and credits efficiently and without drama
  • Keep the parts department clean, organized, and running like a well-oiled machine

  • Solid knowledge of OEM parts, inventory systems, and parts lookup tools

  • The ability to juggle multiple priorities without losing accuracy

  • Comfortable with computers and data entry
  • Ability to lift and move parts as needed
  • Valid driver's license required
