Our upscale restaurant, Adios, located within the RDU Airport is looking for a Front of the House Supervisor to join the team!
As the FOH Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our fast/casual restaurant inside RDU Airport. You will oversee the front-of-house (FOH) operations, supervise and lead the FOH team, and maintain excellent guest service standards. Your primary goal will be to create a positive dining experience for our guests while upholding the restaurant's policies and procedures.

Responsibilities:Â
- Advancing the Grove Bay Mission Statement and Core ValuesÂ
- Delivering exceptional hospitality to all guestsÂ
- Upholding all core Standard Operating ProceduresÂ
- Coaching in the moment of hourly team membersÂ
- Training and development of new team membersÂ
- Handling any guest issues that arise in a respectful mannerÂ
- Following all opening and closing proceduresÂ
- Cash handling following Grove Bay SOPÂ
- Ability to expedite in adherence with the Grove Bay SOPÂ
- Strong understanding of all operational systems – Toast, OpenTable, R365Â
- Maintaining cleanliness and sanitation of the restaurant – ensure the restaurant is showroom ready at all timesÂ
- Must work a minimum of six hours during the Supervisor shiftÂ

Qualifications:Â
- Must be an A Player and endorsed by Management Team, Director of Operations, and Training DepartmentÂ
- Must have worked within venue or other Grove Bay restaurant for minimum of 4 months PriorÂ
- Supervisor experienceÂ
- Multiple language abilities a plus; fluency in English is requiredÂ

- Genuine enthusiasm and aptitude for serving peopleÂ
- Excellent verbal and written communication skillsÂ

- Ability to set and meet deadlinesÂ
- Successful completion of Grove Bay's training program, including all EdApp training contentÂ
 Certifications:
- Food and Alcohol Safety training (ServSafe)Â
Physical Demands:Â
- Ability to move throughout the venue during shifts (standing, walking, kneeling, bending) for extended periods of timeÂ
- Ability to sit for extended periods of timeÂ
- Ability to make repeating movements of the arms, hands, and wristsÂ
- Ability to express or exchange ideas verbally and perceive sound by earÂ
- Manual dexterity, hand-eye coordination, and ability to work with hand above shouldersÂ
- Ability to occasionally, regularly, frequently move objects (lift, push, pull, balance, carry) up to 10 poundsÂ
