Entry-Level Marketing & Promotions Associate

We're looking for motivated, outgoing, and team-oriented individuals to join our growing marketing team. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with 0–4 years of experience who want to build a career in marketing, promotions, sales, customer service, and management.

You'll help promote client brands through retail marketing, in-store promotions, product launches, special events, and customer engagement campaigns. You'll work alongside our marketing and sales teams to increase brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales.

No previous marketing experience is required. Training is provided.

What You'll Do

• Assist with marketing campaigns and promotional strategies
• Support customer acquisition and customer service
• Represent brands in retail and promotional environments
• Assist with product launches and special events
• Support in-store advertising and promotional activities
• Build positive relationships with customers and clients
• Participate in leadership and professional development training

What We're Looking For

• 0–4 years of experience in marketing, sales, promotions, or events preferred
• Retail, restaurant, hospitality, or public-facing experience is a plus
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Friendly, professional, and team-oriented
• Motivated and eager to learn
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Interested in advancing into leadership or management
