Job DetailsJob Location: MERIDIAN - Eagle , ID 83616Salary Range: $19.00 - $19.00 HourlyPurpose This role is part of the large format department where people produce a variety of signs and banners for customers/businesses.  The role will include running large format equipment and doing hand work specific to the type of product material and need.  There is a good variety of work to not get bored and the ability to cross train and learn additional skills to be able to help in more areas. Monitor machines during production runs, checking for any issues or malfunctions and adjusting as needed. Perform routine maintenance and repairs on machines, including cleaning, lubricating, and replacing parts. Troubleshoot and diagnose problems with machines and equipment and make repairs or escalate issues as necessary. Follow safety procedures and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for themselves and other workers. Follow production schedules and workflows to ensure that production runs smoothly and efficiently. Record production data and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to management. Collaborate with other departments, such as engineering, quality control, and production management, to ensure that products meet customer and industry standards. Continuously evaluate and improve machine operations to increase efficiency and reduce costs. Participate in training and development programs to improve their skills and knowledge of machines and equipment. Perform primary task as well as other tasks assigned as business requires.
