Job DetailsJob Location: Eagleville Hospital - Eagleville, PA 19403Salary Range: $85,000.00 - $90,000.00 SalaryThe HR Systems, Reporting, and Analytics Specialist is responsible for optimizing our HR system of record translating raw data into actionable insights, dashboards, and automated reports to drive strategic workforce decisions, improve operational efficiencies, and ensure data integrity. Partners with external vendors and IT to implement technology as appropriate and enhance our existing HR system. Keep pace with industry trends to ensure continuous process improvement and innovate solutions. Key Responsibilities include: System Maintenance and Administration: serve as the subject matter expert for our HR system configuring modules including in our platform package, maximizing reporting and analytics, manage system updates, upgrades, and integrations as well as troubleshoot any system issues identified or reported. Data Integrity and Governance: Audit HR system to ensure consistency in data, accuracy, and compliance with data privacy regulations to limit access based on true business need. Report Development: design, build, and maintain standard and ad-hoc reports including but not limited to the creation of KPI dashboards highlighting key metrics that Senior Leadership can leverage to make informed business decisions. Additionally, manage all requests for federal, state, regulatory, quality, agency, and union reporting requirements as it relates to employees. Data Analytics: Analyze workforce data to identify trends including strengths and opportunities and leverage to make recommendations allowing data to influence informed business decisions. Manage all company surveys to employees and the output of such to Senior Leadership. QualificationsEducation and Qualifications  A bachelor’s degree with three to five years of experience in HRIS, data analytics, and systems reporting. Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency and experience with Business Intelligence tools Detail oriented and strong problem-solving skills Strong analytical skills with experience with the ability to translate raw data into reportable metrics and an eye for spotting data anomalies. Excellent storytelling and presentation skills with the ability to convey complex data to non-technical audiences. Experience with Paycom preferred. Experience in healthcare preferred.
