The role involves maintaining product knowledge, promoting store merchandise, and contributing to the overall success of the store by achieving sales targets and fostering customer loyalty. Key Responsibilities: - Greet customers warmly and ascertain their needs and preferences. - Provide expert advice and assistance on product selection, usage, and maintenance. - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of store products, promotions, and policies. - Assist in the organization and replenishment of merchandise on the sales floor. - Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the store's point-of-sale system. - Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional manner. - Collaborate with team members to achieve store sales goals and objectives. - Participate in inventory management and stock control activities. - Uphold store standards for cleanliness, safety, and visual merchandising. - Engage in continuous learning and development to enhance sales skills and product knowledge. QualificationsRequired Education: - High school diploma or equivalent is required. An associate degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred. Required Experience: - Previous experience in a retail sales environment is preferred. - Experience with customer service and client relationship management is advantageous. - Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management is beneficial.
