WHAT YOU'LL DO

As a Residential Service Plumber, you'll provide professional plumbing service to homeowners while delivering the quality and customer experience Russo Bros. is known for.

• Perform residential plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance
• Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues accurately and efficiently
• Install and repair piping systems, fixtures, water heaters, and related components
• Operate and maintain company-provided tools, equipment, and service vehicle
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional appearance
• Follow all safety protocols, local codes, and company procedures
• Accurately document work performed
• Communicate effectively with customers, dispatch, and team members

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

EXPERIENCED RESIDENTIAL SERVICE PLUMBERS

• 3-5 years of plumbing experience preferred
• Residential service experience strongly preferred
• Journeyman experience or equivalent experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of residential plumbing systems, tools, and techniques
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Professional, positive, and team-oriented attitude
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to lift and move heavy equipment and materials
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• High school diploma or equivalent; trade school or certification a plus
