Job DetailsJob Location: East Point, GA 30344District Manager – Build, Drive, Win Arden’s Garden | High-Growth Leadership Opportunity Are you a natural leader who thrives on competition, moves fast, and loves building high-performing teams? At Arden’s Garden, we’re looking for a dynamic District Manager who’s hungry to win—someone who takes ownership, drives results, and empowers store leaders to exceed expectations. This is not a role for a box-checker. It’s for a builder. A motivator. A driver of excellence. You’ll own a territory of retail stores, lead your managers like a true entrepreneur, and deliver growth that speaks for itself.  Your Mission Run Your Business – Own every aspect of your district’s performance—sales, operations, talent, and growth. You’re the CEO of your market. Lead Like a Pro – Coach, develop, and energize your Store Managers. Set the pace, set the tone, and set the standard. Grow Relentlessly – Analyze trends, attack opportunities, and move quickly to outperform expectations. You’re not here to maintain—you’re here to multiply. Drive a Culture of Excellence – Ensure consistent execution across all stores while empowering managers to lead with impact, not red tape. Be a Force for the Brand – Represent Arden’s Garden in the community. Connect with customers. Elevate the experience. Make it memorable.  What You Bring Proven leadership in fast-paced, multi-unit retail or food service (3+ years). Track record of exceeding KPIs, scaling teams, and turning around underperforming units. Highly competitive nature—you're driven to outperform yourself and your peers. Comfort making quick, confident decisions. You trust your gut and know how to pivot fast. Passion for leading others and creating an ownership mindset in your team. Strong business acumen—P&L, ops, staffing, training, and customer service. Ability to work weekends and over 40 hours/week as needed. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (vehicle reimbursement provided).  What We Offer A chance to lead with autonomy—not micromanagement. A fast-moving, high-growth environment with real impact. Competitive salary, benefits, and performance incentives. A mission-driven brand that values wellness, energy, and excellence.  You’ll thrive here if… You hate the phrase “that’s how we’ve always done it.” You move quickly from idea to execution. You enjoy developing leaders, not just managing people. You want to be measured by results—not process.  Job QualificationsWhat We're Looking For: Proven experience in multi-location retail management, with a focus on P&L, inventory, operations, and customer service. Minimum of 3 years of multi-unit leadership experience, managing teams of 6 or more, including hiring, training, and performance coaching. At least 3 years in a customer service-focused role. Experience in a multi-unit environment—preferably in the retail or restaurant industry—with strong knowledge of financial reporting and operational strategy. Exceptional organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. A bachelor's degree in business or a related field is preferred. Alternatively, 4+ years of U.S. military service will also be considered.
