Job DetailsJob Location: EATONTOWN, NJ 07724Position Type: Per DiemSalary Range: $45.00 - $45.00 HourlyPer Diem Clinicians wanted to support the ever growing needs in Monmouth and Ocean County. Individual and family therapy are the core clinical offerings of this position. It also includes providing services at schools and licensed satellite locations, which will require acting as the agency liaison. Caseloads consist of children, adolescents and/or adults with behavioral and mental health issues. Consultation with referral sources and completing progress reports is necessary, as indicated.   Staff are needed in the following areas in Monmouth & Ocean County:   Monmouth County: Long Branch, Matawan, Middletown, Neptune, Asbury Park, Keansburg, Red Bank, Union Beach, Keyport, Eatontown, Howell, and Freehold   Ocean County: Lakewood, Point Pleasant, Jackson, Toms River, Little Egg Harbor, and Manahawkin 1.Provides evaluative services, treatment planning, clinical treatment, referral services, therapeutic interventions and discharge planning, as well as monitors client progress related to psychotropic medication 2. Maintain excellent clinical services to clients; maintain client files and documentation according to good practice procedures as established by NJ licensing agencies; and follow Community YMCA policies & procedures. 3. Promote the Agency in a positive manner with funding sources, staff, referral sources and community agencies. 4. Takes responsibility for improving clinical skills and utilizing supervision.Qualifications1. Master’s Degree in Psychology, Clinical Counseling, Social Work or other related Human Services concentration is required, accompanied by New Jersey licensure. 2. Demonstrated proficiency in individual, group and family therapy. 3. Expertise of a clinician trained and experienced in Play Therapy, Counseling and treatment and engagement strategies.
