Join our Logistics team and play a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly every day. As an Inventory Control Clerk, you will work with a supportive team, help maintain inventory accuracy, and contribute to the efficient movement of products at our offsite warehouse facility. Schedule: Monday - Friday (7am - 3pm)

Pay: $20.80 per hour



Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate Drylock Core Values:  Safety, Respect, Ownership
  • Cycle counts of finished goods and raw materials.
  • Schedule inbound deliveries.
  • Assist in other areas in the office as part of the team.
  • Monitor group email and communicate requests to Logistics supervisors.
  • Maintain supplies and reorder as needed.
  • Direct carrier drivers at the shipping/receiving window.
  • Maintain and communicate the receiving calendar.
  • Perform Inventory Control transactions:
  1. Order fulfillment
  2. Execute operations and make transactions
  3. Generate order processing kit.
  • Enter cycle count information and reconcile.
  • Transfer finished goods and raw materials to QC hold.
  • Facilitate QC Inventory disposition.
  • Enter daily production.
  • Enter repack production.
  • Confirm orders to ship.
  • Facilitate CDC product transfers.
  • Change P’s and PS’s.
  • Enter box print work order receipts.
  • Enter recycling orders and dispatch.
  • Maintain inventory control records for warehouse transfers.
  • Contact compactor service providers when full.

 

Education and Experience:

  • High school graduate or equivalent.
  • Preferred 2 years Logistics/Warehouse related experience.
  • Minimum 2 years consecutive employment with 1 employer.


Job Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Proficient in use of computer software programs including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Power Point, and Excel.
  • Quick and accurate data entry.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to document in a manner that is easily understandable.
  • Ability to adapt and be flexible to the demands of the fast-paced environment.
  • General knowledge of logistics functions and processes.
  • Dependability.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to set priorities and handle special requests.
  • Ability to work on teams as well as independently.
  • Ability to work cross functionally.
  • Familiar with  SAP
  • Ability to take initiative.
  • Ability to problem solve.

Personal Protective Equipment Requirements:

  • Hearing protection must be worn in high noise designated areas.
  • Cut resistant gloves when using cutting tools.
  • Safety goggles must be worn when working with the air compressor.


Work Environment:

  • Work is performed in an industrial environment.

Will be required to perform other duties as requested, directed or assigned.
