We're seeking a compassionate full time Physical Therapist to join our rehabilitation team. Experienced clinicians and new graduates are encouraged to apply! This full-time position serves both Dove Healthcare Eau Claire South and Osseo campuses, offering diverse clinical experience, a collaborative team, and opportunities to grow.

What We Offer:

What You'll Do:

• Evaluate and treat residents with a variety of conditions
• Develop individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with nursing, physicians, and therapy teams
• Educate residents and families
• Complete required documentation
• Supervise PTAs as appropriate

What you bring:

• Current Wisconsin Physical Therapist license in good standing
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Passion for patient-centered care and teamwork
• Ability to work across two locations
• Leadership experience preferred, but not required
