Position Overview

This position offers a clear pathway for advancement. Team members may begin in a production role and receive comprehensive, hands-on training. 

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for maintaining the required quality of the non-ferrous products.
• Remove large pieces of plastic.
• Remove stainless steel.
• Remove any non-conforming material. 
• Keeps picking areas clean and orderly.
• Assists with cleanup duties at the end of production.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Identifies different metals and sorts the various grades according to specifications.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and consistently wear required PPE.
• Along with other duties, as assigned.

Candidate Profile

Ideal candidates will demonstrate a proactive approach to work, a strong commitment to safety, and a willingness to learn and grow. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, and prior experience in metals or industrial operations is advantageous. Strong communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude are essential.
