Materials Coordinator
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
Employment Type: Full-Time

Essential Duties
Receiving
- Receive all shipments within in 24 hours of delivery– check expected arrivals and add parameters.
- Receive shipment in VeraCore (inventory management system) and assign location(s).
- Review Product Backorders to determine how many and where to be received in.
- Make sure a placard is printed for each receipt.
- Work with the Materials Coordinators to put away receipts per placards in warehouse locations. Try to put away as much as you can.
- Unload and sign for shipments.
- Email communication with CSRs/Service/Office on materials not in the system.
Inventory & Warehouse
- Merge/Move Units Physically and in VeraCore.
- Assist in cycle counts and resolve cycle count discrepancy issues. Audit/Cycle Counts – Physical or Weigh Count
- Work with Fulfillment Assistant Manager when it is necessary to move products in VeraCore (from warehouse to staging and vice versa).
Additionally:
- Shipping packages via USPS, UPS and FedEx.
- Disposals
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Keep office informed of any inconsistencies or issues that may arise.
- Maintain staging bins (labels, locations, etc.) – set up parameters and keep area clean and organized.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED (Required)
1–2 years of warehouse experience (Preferred)
Mechanical aptitude
Basic computer skills
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills
Equipment Operation
Forklift -preferred
Picker (Wave)
Manual pallet jack
Powered pallet jack
Manual dock plate
Ladder
Working Conditions & Physical Requirements
Standing 50%, walking 45%, sitting 5% of shift
Frequent bending, twisting, pushing, and pulling
Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly and up to 75 lbs
Ability to work an 8-hour shift
Closed-toe shoes required
Confidentiality
This position may have access to electronic or printed materials considered confidential by customers. Discretion is required.
Communication
Regular communication with supervisors and team members within Quantum Graphics is required.
