What You Will Be Doing


The Client Service Coordinator II is responsible for delivering high touch service to internal and external clients in alignment with the Bank’s Client Service Standards. Supporting client relationships through a variety of deposit administrative duties and in compliance with established policies and procedures. Client Service Coordinator II assists Relationship Officers and clients throughout the client journey. This role focuses on accurate execution, responsive service, and collaboration with internal partners while developing foundational knowledge and skills to support consistent, caring client experiences that reflect the Bank’s purpose to Make Lives Better.

  

How You Will Get the Job Done

  • Client Support: Independently lead clients through multiple stages of the client journey, serving as a primary point of contact for onboarding and ongoing service needs. Enhance the client experience by demonstrating sound judgment, adaptability and a sense of urgency to support client goals. Troubleshoot and resolve a broad range of deposit and cash management inquiries, coordinating with internal partners as necessary. Effectively manage client inquiries and escalate more complex issues, concerns, or feedback when appropriate to ensure timely resolution and positive outcomes.
  • Collaboration: Develops strong partnerships with Relationship Officers to support identification and pursuit of opportunities through thoughtful assessment of clients’ financial service needs. Collaborate independently with multiple bank departments to execute proposals and client solutions within committed timelines. Execute on identified cross sell opportunities both independently and in partnership with the team. Proactively gather and share client feedback and insights to enhance the client experience.
  • Loan Coordination: Coordinate loan related administrative activities in support of Relationship Officers, Loan Administration, and clients throughout the loan lifecycle. Partner closely with Loan Administration to complete pre closing due diligence, facilitate timely loan closings, and ensure required loan documentation is accurate, complete, and properly retained in accordance with established policies and regulatory requirements. Support client and internal inquiries related to loan processes, escalate issues as appropriate, and maintain a strong sense of urgency to promote timely execution and positive client outcomes.
  • Product and Services: Maintain a strong general knowledge of TCB’s depository products and services and apply that knowledge to assess client needs, suggest appropriate solutions, and guide clients through available financial service options. Confidently support product related discussions and coordinate with internal partners to ensure solutions are executed accurately and timely.
  • Documentation: Independently prepares, reviews and executes internal and external documentation in response to client requests or proposals, including agreements, account forms, and maintenance requests. Ensure all required documents are accurately completed, properly executed, and retained in compliance with applicable banking regulations, policies, and retention requirements. Identify documentation gaps or issues and proactively coordinate resolution with internal partners to support timely and compliant client outcomes.

Professional & Educational Experience You Bring

A Bachelor’s Degree from a College or University and 2 - 5 years of experience in customer service and/or banking in related position such as: teller, customer service representative, treasury management support position or loan documentation specialist; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

For this position, we anticipate a pay range between $66,500 and $106,000 annually. Final offers will vary based on individual job-related knowledge, skills, and abilities. This position is eligible for a discretionary annual bonus based on individual and Bank performance. 


Work Environment:

  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, use hands to type, carry, handle and feel objects, reach with hands and arms, talk or hear. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and more with assistance. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception in the window environment and the ability to adjust focus. 
  • This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
  • Local travel is expected for this position
