One of the Twin Cities’ most established, privately owned oral surgery practices is looking for a full-time Licensed Dental Assistant to join our team.

This is an exciting opportunity for an LDA who enjoys a fast-paced clinical setting, thrives on teamwork, and wants to expand their skills in oral and maxillofacial surgery.

We’re looking for someone who is motivated, organized, dependable, and passionate about creating an excellent experience for every patient. If you enjoy staying busy, learning new skills, and being an important part of a surgical team, we’d love to meet you.

What We’re Looking For

  • Licensed Dental Assistant (LDA) – Required
  • Nitrous Oxide Certification – Required
  • Oral Surgery experience – Preferred, but not required
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • A patient-focused approach and commitment to high-quality care

What You’ll Do

As part of our clinical team, you’ll play an active role in delivering exceptional surgical care, including:

  • Assisting surgeons during a variety of oral surgery procedures
  • Preparing surgical rooms, instruments, and equipment
  • Supporting patients before, during, and after procedures
  • Taking diagnostic radiographs
  • Maintaining accurate and thorough clinical documentation
  • Following sterilization and infection-control protocols
  • Working closely with your clinical team to keep the day running smoothly and efficiently
