Supervises the work of assigned personnel to ensure work is completed in conformance with established policies and procedures.  Assists in training employees to ensure their understanding of policies and procedures. Including any other tasks or responsibilities that are given by the Manager or Director of Environmental Services Department at any given time.

Required qualifications:
- Coursework/Training: 1 or more years of college
- 3 years of proven experience in a supervisory role with 15+ employees
- Must have excellent customer service mannerisms and experience
- Progressively responsible for scheduling, supply tracking and ordering, class room training and on the job training, mixing & usage of chemicals
- Equipment maintenance, labor tracking, route of work flow, disciplinary actions & progress reports, HIPPA documentation disposal, Inspections & Audit tracking documentation
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in a hospital setting
