Qualifications:
ā¢ Sales experience highly preferred
ā¢ Ability to qualify and maintain, Property & Casualty/Personal lines and Life insurance licenses
ā¢ Have computer experience and good organization skill
ā¢ High school diploma required; college degree preferred
ā¢ Successful completion of background, credit check, and drug screen
ā¢ Possess a valid driverās license and an acceptable driving record
ā¢ Provide proof of automobile liability insurance at time of hire
Our Sales Agents start at an hourly rate of $23.08. After completion of the training program, our full-time Sales Agents successfully meeting sales goals earn on average between $90,300 - $110,400 annually. Commissioned opportunities are uncapped when exceeding sales goals.
