What You'll Do
As a CNC Machine Operator, you'll play a key role in producing high-quality laminated products by safely setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC equipment while ensuring precision and efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate CNC machinery according to production specifications.
- Adjust machine settings including speed, pressure, and temperature for optimal performance.
- Load and unload materials using hoists, cranes, and other lifting equipment.
- Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and production specifications.
- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Use precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, gauges, and rulers.
- Perform routine machine maintenance, cleaning, lubrication, and minor repairs.
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and report concerns when necessary.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
Requirements
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
- Previous CNC machine operating experience required.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Experience using precision measuring instruments.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Strong communication skills.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Valid driver's license.
